🔧 Qualifications

• College graduate, high school, or vocational graduate
• Preferably with valid DOMRAC NCII

🛠️ Required Skills

• Installation of Mini Split & Multi Split systems
• Knowledge in VRF/VRV systems
• Familiar with Motor Control, PLC & DDC systems
• Physically fit (able to lift, climb, bend, etc.)
• Good communication & customer service skills

📌 Experience

• At least 3–4 years experience as an MVAC Technician
• Experience working on-site or as part of a project team
