About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager based in Tallinn to lead marketing and communications activities for Nasdaq Tallinn, while also managing and coordinating the Baltic Marketing & Communications team. You would play a central role in shaping how Estonia’s and the Baltics’ capital markets are communicated, understood, and trusted. This role combines clear ownership of Nasdaq Tallinn’s marketing and communications with a leadership role across the Baltics. You will work closely with senior business leaders, act as a trusted communications partner, and ensure consistent, high‑quality communication across channels, topics, and markets. You will manage the Baltic M&C team, support collaboration across the wider Baltic team, and remain closely involved in hands‑on work where it matters most. Key Responsibilities Lead all marketing and communications activities for Nasdaq Tallinn, strengthening brand visibility and clarity in Estonia. Manage and develop the Baltic Marketing & Communications team (2 direct reports), ensuring alignment, prioritization, and professional quality. Act as a strategic communications partner to business leaders, providing counsel and practical support. Create and oversee compelling content in Estonian and English, including press releases, features, blog posts, social media content, presentations, and speeches. Own media relations in Estonia and maintain strong relationships with journalists and external stakeholders. Plan and execute campaigns, events, and publicity initiatives in collaboration with business teams across the Baltics. Support sensitive, complex, or crisis‑related communications when required. Ensure consistent and professional use of digital channels (website, CMS, social media). Required Qualifications Solid experience in marketing and/or communications, with responsibility for both planning and execution. Previous people management experience, or readiness to take on a formal leadership role alongside hands‑on work. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Estonian and English. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex topics. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously. Experience in financial services, capital markets, or other regulated industries — or a strong interest in these areas — is an advantage. Relevant higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, social sciences, or business.
