Customer Service Representative - Mandarin Speaker (AU Offshore, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

Provide purchasing and administrative support by following established procurement processes, assisting with purchase requests, and coordinating with suppliers. This is a highly trainable role, where the onshore team will provide training on systems and workflows.

The key requirement is strong communication skills, particularly in Chinese, to support supplier coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase requests and converting them into purchase orders
• Follow documented procurement workflows and internal processes
• Track and follow up on orders to support timely delivery
• Maintain purchasing records and basic documentation
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm quotes, orders, and delivery schedules
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the procurement team
• Participate in brief daily check-ins or updates with the onshore team

Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory: Chinese language proficiency (spoken and/or written)
• Background in purchasing, procurement support, or similar roles is an advantage, ideally with AU/US client exposure
• Experience in construction, mechanical, industrial, or engineering sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles is preferred but not required
