Staff Engineer (SAP MM)

We are looking for a SAP MM Consultant with 3-5 years of experience and strong proficiency in Japanese and English to support global SAP initiatives for Japanese clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, support, and implementation projects, along with the ability to effectively communicate with business users and stakeholders across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
• Configure and support SAP MM modules including Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Management, Goods Receipt/Issue, and Invoice Verification.
• Work closely with Japanese business users, conduct workshops, and provide functional consulting support.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
• Support testing, UAT, training, data migration, and post-go-live activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams including FI, SD, PP, and WM.
• Provide production support and resolve business process issues.

Must have Skills : SAP MM, SAP SD, Japanese, English

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on SAP MM consulting experience.
• Strong understanding SAP Modules (MM / SD) Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, support, or enhancement projects.
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 preferred) and fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
