About The Role

Maintain up-to-date employee records and personnel data within HR systems.
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Assist with payroll administration, timekeeping, vacation tracking, and benefits management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Support recruitment and selection activities.
Assist with training, development, and performance management initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support internal communication processes and organizational change management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (completed or in progress); or
Technical degree in Human Resources.
