About the Role

As a Sorter at our Delivery Station in Salisbury, you will help to ensure packages are sorted efficiently and accurately for timely delivery. You will have demonstrated experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and display a strong attention to detail.

You will work alongside a team to unload trucks, scan and label each package, and sort all parcels by route number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Shifts available: Monday – Sunday, 5:00 am – 9:00 am. A minimum availability of three weekdays and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Unload, scan, label and sort parcels accurately by route number to support smooth and timely deliveries.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Be physically comfortable lifting parcels up to 20 kg and standing or moving for the duration of a 4-hour shift.
• Bring reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude, with dependable transport for early morning starts.
• Previous experience in transport, distribution or warehousing is highly regarded, but not essential — we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
