Job Purpose

As a Finance Specialist, this is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for processing the incoming Real Estate Contracts and ensure a timely payment of related invoices. We are looking for a new team member who would take ownership of the role and work closely with internal stakeholders.

What will you be doing

• Read, understand, and maintain owners’ and tenants’ real estate contracts in the system
• Keep Level 5 process documentation updated as processes evolve
• Process related invoices for taxes and utilities sent by owners/suppliers
• Reconcile open owner balances and contact the owners if necessary
• Ensure timely payments to owners/suppliers
• Improve the current processes to ensure maximum efficiency
• Create synergy between the different Real Estate departments in the countries

What you will bring

• Fluency in English
• Graduate degree in Economics/Business Management/etc.
• Stress resilience, self-driven and proactive mindset
• Good business sense and customer satisfaction mindset
• Structured and systematic approach to delivering business solutions
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Relevant SAP application knowledge is a plus
