About The Role
HIRING : IT Support Lead
- ๐ Alabang, Muntinlupa (Near Northgate Cyberzone)
- ๐ Onsite | M-F Regular hours
- โ Preferably with at least 2 years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience
- โ Leadership or team lead experience is an advantage
- โ Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- โ Good communication and interpersonal skills
- โ Can work independently with minimal supervision
- โ Fast learner and able to adapt quickly
- โ Willing to work under pressure
- โ Good attendance record
- โ Preferably with own motorcycle for mobility
- โ Must be residing near Axis Tower 1, Northgate, Alabang
Key Responsibilities
- ๐น Lead and support IT operations and project deployments
- ๐น Manage helpdesk tickets and technical escalations
- ๐น Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- ๐น Perform system, network, and asset management activities
- ๐น Conduct audits, disaster recovery drills, and IT compliance reviews
- ๐น Provide user training and technical support
