About The Role

HIRING : IT Support Lead

  • ๐Ÿ“ Alabang, Muntinlupa (Near Northgate Cyberzone)
  • ๐Ÿ•’ Onsite | M-F Regular hours
  • โœ… Preferably with at least 2 years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience
  • โœ… Leadership or team lead experience is an advantage
  • โœ… Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
  • โœ… Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • โœ… Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • โœ… Fast learner and able to adapt quickly
  • โœ… Willing to work under pressure
  • โœ… Good attendance record
  • โœ… Preferably with own motorcycle for mobility
  • โœ… Must be residing near Axis Tower 1, Northgate, Alabang

Key Responsibilities

  • ๐Ÿ”น Lead and support IT operations and project deployments
  • ๐Ÿ”น Manage helpdesk tickets and technical escalations
  • ๐Ÿ”น Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • ๐Ÿ”น Perform system, network, and asset management activities
  • ๐Ÿ”น Conduct audits, disaster recovery drills, and IT compliance reviews
