Qualifications

• Female
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance or a related field ( or equivalent experience).

• Build and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare reports and submit regular sales updates.

• Marketing Associate

Qualifications

• Male
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, or any related field.
• Experience is an advantage, preferably with at least 1-2 years.
• Oversee the day-to-day condition of the building and common areas.
• Coordinates with service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure all facilities, equipment and systems are functional and well- maintained.
• Report and address property issues promptly.
• Enforce property policies and safety standards.

• Eng’g & Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications

• Male
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Atleast 1-3 years of progressive experience in facility maintenance, plant operations ,or engineering supervision.
• Oversee maintenance and engineering operations.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are well- maintained.

• At least High school Graduate

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is prepared fresh, property seasoned, and presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and report shortages.
• Willing to assign in Canteen Virginia Food Compostela.
• ON-CALL WAITERS FOR CATERING

Qualifications

• Male
• Provide excellent food and beverage service at catering events.
• Set up and prepare event areas according to the function requirements.
• Serve food and beverage in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization off service areas.
• Assists with breakdown and clean - up after events.
• Be flexible and available for on-call assignments, including weekends and holidays.
