INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER (3D ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS)

• Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand the company’s 3D engineering solutions and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients, including leading technology companies such as HP, Intel, and other global manufacturers.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities within the electronics, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing industries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, handling negotiations and managing project discussions.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to deliver customized 3D design solutions and technical support.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, client presentations, and commercial quotations.
• Leverage existing industry networks and professional connections to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Support project execution from concept design through to final delivery.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to support strategic planning and business growth.
• Represent the company at international meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in international sales, business development, or technical sales.
• Proven experience in 3D solutions, product design, automation systems, or engineering services.
• Experience working with multinational companies such as HP, Intel, or similar global technology organizations.
• Strong professional network within the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (business level or above).
