About The Role

We are looking for a Data Visualization / BI Consultant who can translate business needs into clear, reliable, and visually compelling dashboards and data products for a client in the Energy sector. The focus of this role is Power BI - strong dashboarding, DAX, and data modeling - supported by SQL for data preparation and Dataiku for workflow orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and DAX measures.
Prepare and transform datasets using Dataiku and SQL.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs.
Support functional testing of data flows and reporting features.

Requirements

Required Skills

Power BI (DAX, data modeling, Power Query)
SQL (MS SQL Server preferred)
Dataiku (data preparation, workflows, automation)
Data validation and quality control
Ability to translate business requirements into BI solutions

Nice-to-Have

Experience with HR data (HRIS, payroll, employee data)
Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, SQL DB)
Python for data preparation

The working mode is hybrid - 2 days/week onsite.
