About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Admin to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for a dependable professional who enjoys creating order, managing administrative processes, and serving as a key point of contact for both customers and employees. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Manage business-to-business accounts receivable follow-up, including professional communication with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding invoices.
- Own the timesheet entry process from start to finish, including:
- o Receiving and organizing time sheets
- o Reviewing and reconciling information for accuracy
- o Entering data into company systems in a timely manner
- Maintain physical and electronic job files, ensuring documents are properly organized and filed.
- Welcome visitors, vendors, and scheduled guests to the office.
- Receive and distribute deliveries and incoming mail.
- Assist with general office administration and special projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to help ensure efficient daily business operations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains and/or ServiceTrade preferred but not required.
