招聘岗位介绍

负责职场内设施设备的维护保养及其他工程事宜。

岗位具体内容：

遵守《员工手册》和各项规章管理制度、程序、技术规范，熟练掌握设施、设备的结构、性能、特点和维护方案，并遵照执行；

负责电力设施设备的预防性维护保养，包括配电箱，空调系统，给排水系统，照明系统；

负责客项目改造及装修工程的查验、交接、及遗留工程整改跟进等工作；

负责专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行；

协助设备供应商的定期维保及突发维修的工作安排；

做好运行记录及维修记录，整理好相关的工程文档；

按时完成机电设备的年度、季度、月季、周、日的各项维修、保养工作，并认真做好记录、存档；

定期对设施、设备进行全面性巡检，发现问题及时处理，并作好记录、备查；

做好设备设施运行记录及维修记录，整理好相关的工程文档；

配合各工程主管建立各系统设施、设备的技术档案

其他工程主管安排的工作。

岗位要求：

3年以上相关物业维修或运行工作经验，有大型高端物业服务经验者优先考虑；

持有电工上岗操作证，有制冷操作证者优先考虑；

工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识；

良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力；

能承受岗位上的工作压力。
