Responsibilities,

• 为客户办公现场提供设施相关的维护保养及维修服务；
• 确保客户办公区域的电力，空调，专用消防等系统的正常运行；
• 按要求定期检查（验收）设备的运行情况，记录并报告任何运行故障；
• 接收客户的日常维修要求，报告给上级主管并定期汇总更新；
• 对于影响客户营运的紧急设备故障要提供即时响应处理，要能够接受加班安排；
• 按主管安排给客户提供环保、健康、安全方面的必要支持；
• 在紧急情况下（如恶劣天气、供电中断）协助客户进行危急响应、停业安排的有关处理；
• 协调维修承办商的现场维修整改工作，监督、验收其工作质量和成果；
• 协助就公共物业、设施的使用、管理问题与大楼物业管理部进行沟通协调；
• 根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，组织并协调，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；
• 设备系统的运行记录、维修及维护保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作

Required

• 电工操作，中央空调设备操作、维修工作经验5年以上，其中担任工程管理类工作2年以上；
• 持有电工操作证；
• 熟练电脑操作，办公软件使用；
• 有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力，能阅读CAD图纸；
• 具有积极主动的工作精神，善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作

Preferred

• 大专以上学历，工程类相关专业
• 熟悉使用邮件沟通
• 英语读写能力
