Practice Manager - Exact Orthodontics

As our Practice Manager, you will

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team.
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our specialist orthodontic practice.
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences from the first phone call through to treatment completion.
• Partner closely with our clinicians to ensure efficient workflows and outstanding clinical support.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and practice performance.
• Drive business growth through local marketing initiatives, patient engagement and operational excellence.
• Support the front desk when required and lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.

What we are looking for

• Proven dental practice management and leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive practice performance.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Confidence managing the operational and administrative functions of a busy dental practice.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for practice growth.
• High attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (advantageous).
• OASIS experience is desirable but not essential.
