Head Of Growth & Marketing

We're looking for an experienced Head of Growth & Marketing (heavy hands-on experience creating content is required) to lead and execute the company's entire marketing strategy across paid media, organic content, viral videos, ecommerce, and customer acquisition through social media content (product marketing). 

This is not a role for someone who prefers managing agencies, delegating creative work, or spending most of the day in meetings. We're looking for a true builder: someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, experimenting, creating, analyzing results, and moving quickly from idea to execution. You'll be creating content by yourself. 

You'll own the whole process: strategy, creation and execution , working directly with the founders to scale revenue, improve marketing efficiency, and build systems that support long-term growth.

Responsibilities: 

Content Creation & Creative Production

• Personally create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Film product demonstrations, lifestyle content, educational videos, and viral concepts featuring our products.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, and creative concepts that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Stay on top of social media trends and quickly produce content that fits our brand while maximizing reach and sales.

Growth Marketing & Paid Media

• Personally build, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
• Test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and messaging to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Scale successful campaigns responsibly while maintaining strong ROAS and profitable customer acquisition (Getting double ROAS is a must).

Ecommerce & Website Optimization

• Continuously improve the Shopify store to increase conversions and deliver a better customer experience.
• Update product pages, landing pages, offers, bundles, and merchandising based on customer behavior and performance data.
• Run A/B tests to improve conversion rate, average order value , and overall ecommerce performance.
• Manage product content and listings across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and future sales channels.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

• Monitor key business metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue growth, and customer acquisition performance.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up research, copywriting, creative ideation, content production, and day-to-day marketing execution.
• 4+ years of experience leading content creation and  performance marketing initiatives.
• Proven success scaling ecommerce or consumer brands via social media content.
• Strong expertise managing paid advertising across Meta and Google.
• Experience creating high-performing short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions (content marketing metrics).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar to create and improve marketing workflows.
