Location: Noida

  • Employee Relations (ER) – Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the POC for investigating workplace concerns, employee grievances, conflicts, misconduct, and other employee relations matters across Pan India.
  • Manage the end-to-end grievance redressal process, ensuring timely acknowledgment, investigation, resolution, and closure of employee complaints.
  • Conduct fair, objective, and confidential investigations by gathering facts, interviewing relevant stakeholders, reviewing evidence, and documenting findings.
  • Ensure timely closure of investigations while maintaining accurate and comprehensive ER documentation and records across all relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and Business Leaders to ensure unbiased and compliant resolution of employee relations cases.
  • Interpret and apply labor laws, company policies, and internal guidelines while handling employee relations matters to ensure legal and organizational compliance.
  • Identify root causes of recurring employee issues and recommend preventive and corrective actions to improve workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance-related concerns.
  • Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective actions arising from investigations and monitor their effectiveness.

  • Proven record of strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and mediation.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
