- Employee Relations (ER) – Key Responsibilities
- Act as the POC for investigating workplace concerns, employee grievances, conflicts, misconduct, and other employee relations matters across Pan India.
- Manage the end-to-end grievance redressal process, ensuring timely acknowledgment, investigation, resolution, and closure of employee complaints.
- Conduct fair, objective, and confidential investigations by gathering facts, interviewing relevant stakeholders, reviewing evidence, and documenting findings.
- Ensure timely closure of investigations while maintaining accurate and comprehensive ER documentation and records across all relevant systems.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and Business Leaders to ensure unbiased and compliant resolution of employee relations cases.
- Interpret and apply labor laws, company policies, and internal guidelines while handling employee relations matters to ensure legal and organizational compliance.
- Identify root causes of recurring employee issues and recommend preventive and corrective actions to improve workplace culture and employee experience.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance-related concerns.
- Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective actions arising from investigations and monitor their effectiveness.

- Proven record of strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and mediation.

- Strong understanding of handling confidential information with discretion.
