About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth initiatives. This role involves managing key client relationships, driving sales performance, and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs within a competitive outsourcing and staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and client acquisition.
  • Position services effectively to meet market demand and client requirements.

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Sales Performance & Pipeline Management

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members.

  • Support team development and capability building.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or HR solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong experience in client acquisition and account management.
