The Role We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the core Avoca product experience end-to-end. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to design intuitive, scalable workflows for complex, high-impact use cases.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll influence product direction, not just execution. You’ll be responsible for turning ambiguity into clarity and shipping experiences that customers rely on in mission-critical moments.

What You’ll Do

  • Design end-to-end product experiences across Avoca’s core platform, from early concepts to polished execution
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship impactful features
  • Translate complex workflows and AI-driven systems into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent to Engineering
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and iteration post-launch
  • Help establish and evolve Avoca’s design system, patterns, and UX standards
  • Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–6+ years of experience as a Product Designer on B2B SaaS products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and shipped work
  • Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or enterprise tools
  • Strong UX instincts paired with solid visual design skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
  • Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, usable solutions
  • Bonus: Experience with AI-powered products, vertical SaaS, or enterprise platforms

Who You Are

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Thrives on owning processes end-to-end and balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • A proactive and effective communicator.
  • You are collaborative, organized, and efficient.
  • Eager to work in person at our NYC office full time.
