Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager / Supervisor, the Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring consistent guest satisfaction.

Execute the daily opening and closing checklist

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and

preparation methods.

Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.

Assist in quality checks to ensure food meets safety and hygiene guidelines before

serving.

Handle guest feedback or complaints gracefully, resolving issues to ensure a positive

experience.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, equipment, and

seating areas Before, During and After service

Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.

QUALFICATIONS

Vocational or College-Level

• With good communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Baguio City
