π’ Why Are They Hiring a Bilingual Executive Sales Assistant?
Our client is hiring an Executive Sales Assistant to elevate their sales engine through powerful outreach, strategic prospecting, and beautifully crafted client-facing materials. As retreat demand increases, they need someone who blends operational precision with creative execution. Youβll generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, design polished sales presentations and proposals in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and ensure every quote sent to a client reflects the premium nature of their retreats.
This is more than a support role β itβs a growth-driving role. Youβll directly impact revenue, client experience, and brand perception.
And hereβs the exciting part π΄ β at some point, the person in this role will be invited to immerse themselves in one of the retreats. The team believes the best way to represent their experiences is to live them. You wonβt just sell transformation β youβll understand it firsthand.
β Qualifications
- πSpanish-speaking (Strongly Preferred) β Ability to communicate confidently in both English and Spanish
- π¨ Strong design skills β advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva
- π Portfolio or sample works required (presentations + promotional materials)
- π Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
- π± Experience managing social media platforms for business growth
- βοΈ Strong written English β persuasive, clear, professional
- π Experience supporting sales, marketing, or business development
- π§ Detail-oriented and highly organized
- π€ Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Executive Sales Assistant
Your responsibilities include
π§ Email & Communication Management
Respond to retreat inquiries and coordinate next steps
Maintain organized inbox systems
Support follow-up cadence for pending proposals
Ensure professional, timely communication with prospects
π CRM & Administrative Support
Maintain updated contact records in CRM
Track key dates and client touchpoints
Assist with light reporting and sales tracking
Research conferences and events for brand growth opportunities
π¨ Sales Presentations & Proposal Design
Create polished, executive-level sales presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
Design promotional materials using Canva (social graphics, event promotions, branded visuals)
Provide design samples/portfolio upon application
Develop structured, polished proposals and quotes in Microsoft Word
Translate retreat offerings into persuasive, well-designed client decks
Convert presentations and quotes into professional PDFs for client delivery
Maintain a template library for efficient proposal turnaround
π Lead Generation
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify ideal prospects
Build and maintain targeted lead lists
Conduct company and decision-maker research
Track outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
Support enterprise-level retreat bookings through proactive prospecting
π± Social Media Management & Lead Growth
Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (and relevant platforms)
Create, schedule, and post engaging content consistently
Develop content that positions retreats as premium, transformational experiences
Respond to messages and inquiries in a timely manner
Engage strategically with prospects to generate inbound leads
Monitor performance and suggest improvements to grow visibility
π Sales Support & Appointment Scheduling
Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings
Track follow-ups and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks
Shadow sales calls and capture notes/action items
Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
Monitor retreat quote follow-ups and confirm client decisions
π₯ Guest Onboarding & Retreat Experience Support
Support onboarding of retreat guests
Send pre- and post-retreat surveys via Typeform
Follow up with guests who havenβt completed surveys
Export and organize survey data into spreadsheets
Consolidate feedback for internal review before retreats
Ensure smooth client experience from inquiry to retreat completion
