Front Desk / Customer Service Representative
Our client, a leading flexible workspace provider, is looking for a Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for clients and guests.
This role is ideal for candidates with a hospitality or hotel background who enjoy front-facing, service-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Onsite
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests (in person, phone, email, and live chat).
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and with empathy.
- Provide daily customer support to ensure a seamless experience.
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvements.
- Maintain product knowledge and meet customer service performance standards.
Job Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality (hotel or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
