Our client, a reputable and growing organization in the real estate and commercial property industry, is looking for a Retail Leasing Manager with strong experience in retail operations, mall leasing, and commercial space management to drive tenant acquisition, maximize occupancy, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.

This role is ideal for a highly driven and commercially savvy professional with a solid background in retail leasing, tenant negotiations, and mall or commercial property operations, combined with strong market insight and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities for retail and commercial spaces to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
• Identify and source prospective tenants aligned with the company's property and brand strategy
• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, contract documentation, and tenant onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brokers, mall operators, and business partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities and industry trends
• Collaborate with property management, operations, and marketing teams to support tenant success and property growth
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize commercial space utilization and profitability
• Monitor tenant performance, lease compliance, and overall occupancy health
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review
• Assist in planning tenant mix and retail concepts that enhance customer traffic and commercial value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Proven experience in retail leasing, mall leasing, commercial property leasing, or retail operations
• Strong network within the retail, mall, and commercial property industry is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation, account management, and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of retail trends, tenant mix strategy, and commercial space management
• Experience handling lease agreements, tenant coordination, and occupancy management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leasing accounts simultaneously
• Experience in real estate, commercial properties, or shopping mall environments is highly preferred
