Pharmacy Outreach Specialist (B2B Healthcare)
Lumimeds · Remote, Philippines
About The Role
About LumiMeds
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.
As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.
We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.
The Role You aren’t just making calls; you are vetting the partners that power our patient care. You will
- Identify & Map: Research and build a targeted list of high-potential compounding pharmacies (specifically 503A and 503B facilities).
- Execute Outreach: Conduct high-volume, professional outreach via phone and email to pharmacy owners and pharmacists-in-charge.
- Qualify Rigorously: Vet potential partners based on strict criteria: licensing status, GLP-1 fulfillment capacity, state reciprocity, and turnaround times.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring every lead is tracked from initial contact to handoff.
- Facilitate Handoffs: Schedule qualified meetings for our internal partnerships team to close the deal.
Who You Are
A Healthcare Communicator: You are comfortable navigating gatekeepers and speaking with medical professionals. You understand the difference between a retail pharmacy and a compounding facility.
Resilient & Driven: You are self-motivated and don't take "no" for an answer. You thrive on hitting daily outreach metrics.
Detail-Obsessed: You understand that in healthcare, details matter. You take accurate notes and ask the right qualifying questions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SDR/BDR work, healthcare recruiting, or medical sales.
- Strong familiarity with US business culture and communication styles.
- Tech-savvy (Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, and VoIP tools).
- Big Plus: Prior experience with GLP-1s, compounding pharmacies, or pharmaceutical supply chains.
