Logistics Systems Administrator (WMS)

We are looking for a Logistics Systems Administrator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Administer, maintain, and support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• ✅ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• ✅ Configure and optimize WMS processes to improve warehouse efficiency.
• ✅ Support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate system data and inventory integrity.
• ✅ Collaborate with in-house operations, IT and third-party vendors to implement system enhancements.
• ✅ Provide user support, training, and documentation.

• ✅ Ηands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• ✅ Good understanding of warehouse operations, distribution, inventory management and logistics processes.
• ✅ Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting and user support.
• ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• ✅ Familiarity with ERP system integration.
