Reporting to the Talent Programs Director for the Global Business Office, the Principal Talent Development Partner will design, develop, deliver, and measure talent development and enablement experiences that support GBO business priorities. Working closely with HRBPs and cross-functional partners, this role translates business strategy into impactful learning solutions that build critical skills and strengthen organizational health.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development, with a proven track record of designing and scaling programs that meet evolving talent needs in a fast-paced, global environment. We're seeking someone who is curious, embraces experimentation, and adapts quickly to changing business needs - using data, feedback, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve how learning and talent development create business impact.

Responsibilities :   

  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of the GBO business and competitive landscape. 
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with HRBPs and senior leadership to understand business priorities, assess related talent development needs, and provide appropriate solutions.  
  • Identify and communicate relevant data and insights to influence and advise key stakeholders and partners to inform strategic decision-making.  
  • Gather and analyze data to develop solutions to gaps in program success criteria, contribute to program strategy development, and establish goals and metrics to measure performance.  
  • Create and execute communication plans to market and socialize talent development solutions to drive long-term strategic initiatives.  
  • Facilitate learning offerings including senior audiences and design and develop bespoke learning experiences where needed.  
  • Partner closely with GBO HRBPs, assess the function’s global development needs and support the creation of a strategic talent development strategy for the function (including business impact and measures of success of the talent development priorities and projects).  

Basic Qualifications:  

  • BA/BS in L&D, HR or a related field or equivalent practical experience.  
  • 10+ years' work experience including at least 7+ years of experience in L&D.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Significant experience in providing L&D expertise and consulting partnership, ideally within a global organization.  
  • Demonstrated experience in leading L&D initiatives within a fast-moving organization. 
  • Expertise in designing, building and delivering learning offerings to sophisticated audiences. 
  • Excellent facilitation skills and proven delivery of training programs at executive level.  
  • Capability of working autonomously and forming strong networks and working relationships.  
  • Strong project management experience.  
  • Strong international or cross-cultural work experience.  
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
