Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Liaison Officer to handle government-related transactions and coordinate with external agencies on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Process permits, licenses, and government documents
  • Coordinate with agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and local government offices
  • Submit and follow up company requirements and applications
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide status updates and reports to management
  • Perform other administrative and fieldwork duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or at least College Level
  • With experience in liaison or administrative work is an advantage
  • Familiar with government procedures and documentation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork
  • With valid driver’s license is a plus
