About The Role

Conduct pre-consultation screenings and age-specific physical and health assessments using standardized, problem-focused techniques.
Collect and synthesize comprehensive patient histories from patients and family members to guide clinical care.
Collaborates with other disciplines to facilitate patient care and operations.
Analyzes the assessment data and sets priorities according to patient’s needs.
Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in compliance with facility guidelines and departmental standards.
Perform routine venipuncture and non-invasive sample collections (e.g., urine collection) following safety, infection control, and patient-centered care protocols.
BA Degree or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in outpatient billing field.
Administrative skills, Organization, and Time Management abilities
Customer Service skills and Communication abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic; French is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
