We are currently looking for an HRBP Intern to join our Human Resources team in Resende. This role provides practical learning opportunities, exposure to real business processes, and ongoing support from leaders and team members.

The HRBP Intern supports the HR Business Partner team in daily operations, projects, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on HR systems, particularly Workday and Engage@nissan, ensuring data accuracy and enabling HRBPs to leverage system insights to drive business outcomes.

A Day in the Life

• Maintain and update employee records in our internal system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics generation for HRBPs.
• Monitor and update content in our internal system to ensure consistent communication and engagement.
• Support initiatives related to employee engagement, development, and retention.
• Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and communication campaigns.
• Serve as first point of contact for basic HR queries, escalating as needed.

Who We’re Looking for

Required

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR Business Partnering and employee relations.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn and proactive mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Desired

• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred)
