Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven and skilled Automation Site Engineer to enhance our Industrial Automation team. This role demands technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a passion for high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Analysis: Interpret and assess project documents, procedures, and client requirements
- Solution Design: Develop automation solutions using PLC technologies and SCADA software
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the Study & Design and Project Teams for integrated solutions
- Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive project success
- Implementation: Conduct testing, commissioning, and ensure seamless project handover
- Documentation: Maintain precise, comprehensive project records
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in industrial automation projects
- Skills: Proficient in PLC programming and SCADA systems, with strong English communication skills
- Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of Windows OS and MS Office
- Traits: Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility: Ready to travel as needed, domestically and internationally
- License: Valid driver’s license
Preferred Expertise
- Technical Edge: Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC and SCADA technologies (S7-300 / S7-400 / S7-1200 / S7-1500 & WinCC/TIA Portal).
- Industry Experience: Knowledge in automation for food/beverage, traffic management, energy, refineries, industrial refrigeration, or water/wastewater treatment.
