DINING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Able to manage and motivate a team
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
Experience
- Minimum of 4β5 years of experience in restaurant supervision or a similar leadership role
- Proven experience in managing daily restaurant operations
- Experience in staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Strong background in handling customer concerns and service recovery
- Experience in inventory control, ordering, and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards
KITCHEN STAFF
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of proper food handling and storage procedures
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and quality standards
- Experience maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
BUBBLE TEA STAFF
Qualifications
- Friendly and customer-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail in beverage preparation
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Experience in bubble tea or beverage preparation is preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes, measurements, and presentation
- Experience operating beverage equipment and POS systems
- Experience in customer service and order handling
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
BUFFET STAFF
Qualifications
- Customer-service oriented
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to maintain cleanliness and food presentation standards
Experience
- Experience in buffet service, food replenishment, or food and beverage operations is preferred
- Experience in maintaining food presentation and buffet setup
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience assisting guests and responding to customer requests
- Ability to work efficiently during peak dining hours
WAITER/WAITRESS
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant service
- Experience in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling guest concerns
- Strong knowledge of dining service procedures and customer care
- Experience using POS systems and processing orders accurately
- Ability to recommend menu items and upsell products
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments
PART-TIME STAFF
Qualifications
- Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience
- Previous food and beverage or customer service experience is an advantage
- Experience assisting in restaurant operations is preferred
