EVENTS AND STYLING MANAGER

A leading catering and hospitality company in Addis Ababa is looking for a creative and highly organized Events & Styling Manager to lead the planning, styling, and execution of upscale catering and event experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in event styling, luxury setups, weddings, corporate events, VIP functions, and catering operations, preferably within the UAE/GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute event styling concepts and themes
• Coordinate décor, table setups, floral arrangements, and event presentation
• Manage event timelines, vendors, suppliers, and logistics
• Work closely with catering and operations teams to ensure flawless execution
• Oversee setup teams and ensure high presentation standards
• Handle client meetings, event briefs, and styling proposals
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and event materials

Requirements

• Previous experience in events, catering, hospitality, or luxury event styling
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and guest experience
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with weddings, VIP events, and corporate functions is a plus
