Job Description

HINO EHS & Facility Leader として日野工場長を補佐し、 MICT/AVS ISC サイトリーダー、 GEHC-J Leadership 及び Global EHS チームと連携をとり、また部下を育成・指揮･監督して、 GEHC-J に関する以下の業務を行う。

• 労働安全衛生・環境負荷低減に関する評価を行い、戦略を策定し、実行し、維持、改善活動を推進する。
• GE Global EHS 基準と EHS/Facility に関する日本の法令 / 条例を満たす活動 / 管理を行う。
• 建物施設の稼動にあたり、必要な法定および自主項目の測定、調査、改善を実施して安定稼動を継続させる。
• 業務が快適に遂行出来るように建物施設・生産設備の維持、修理、改修工事を適切に行う。
• 建屋敷地施設や製造設備の長期修繕計画の策定と実行、そして従業員満足度の向上や業務生産性向上を行う。
• 事故・怪我・疾病の未然防止 / 発生時の調査と改善、 EHS リスク評価 / 低減、 EHS 文化の醸成を行う。
• グローバルとのベストプラクティス共有、日本への展開を行う。
• 課題の発見と各部署を巻き込んだ問題解決、安全管理システムやプロセスの最適化を行う。
• EHS/Facility BC と P&L の予算管理を行う。
• 行政への届け出や記録、図面や機器表等を管理する。
• 従業員 / 協力会社へのトレーニングを推進する。
• EHS に関する危機管理チームのサポートを行う。
