IT Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance its IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Ensure system security, backups, compliance, and business continuity.
• Oversee IT operations, vendor relationships, and technical support.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in an IT management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 is considered an advantage.
