About The Role
Responsable de asesorar procesos de estimación, evaluación y control de costos de capital para proyectos de inversión, contribuyendo a la generación de presupuestos, análisis económicos y control de CAPEX durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
- Ingeniero Civil o Industrial titulado.
- 15 / 20 años de experiencia específica en su especialidad.
- Conocimiento de:
- Metodologías de estimación y control de costos.
- Estimación de costos de capital.
- Evaluación y control de CAPEX.
- Generación de tendencias.
- Análisis de presupuesto.
- Evaluación económica asociada a contratos.
- Control de costos de contratos.
- Primavera, MS Project y herramientas afines.
- Liderazgo.
- Capacidad de análisis sistémico.
- Trabajo bajo presión.
