FLINT is hiring a crew of Dozer Operators for permanent work in Fort McMurray, AB, starting ASAP. This role offers a 6/6 rotation schedule, daily bussing from Fort McMurray, and benefits after 300+ hours. 

This is a local position that is best suited for residents of Fort McMurray.

• A minimum of 2000+ hours of experience operating a D8+ is required.
• Open pit mining experience is an asset.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
• CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Carrying out groundwork in the tailings area of the mine.
• Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

• This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
