Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Information Technology/Business Administrative bachelor's degree
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrative or similar role.
  • With advance experience with office management software like MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • With advance experience with Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
  • Excellent written verbal communication skills, and must be detail-oriented.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines can work under pressure
  • High detail-oriented and organized
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sales follow through

Job Description

  • Processing all subsidies and claims for MMPC
  • Processing all sales force incentives for SC, group manager, and branch manager at MMPC
  • Receiving, releasing, and inventory of warranty booklets
  • Generating a subsidy and claims report for internal purposes at GCMHI
  • Releasing and clearing documents for YANA (Mitsubishi)
  • Verifying all MMPC documents and releasing them for Mitsubishi
  • Coordinating with the liaison for the pick-up of payment checks MMPC and their deposit
