Service Appointment Scheduler

• Evergreen Subaru is seeking a highly motivated professional with superior customer service skills to join our growing service department.
• The Service Appointment Scheduler works closely with the Service Managers and the Service Advisors to provide an exceptional experience to our customers over the phone.

Primary Duties

• Answering incoming calls for the service department in a courteous and professional manner.
• Scheduling appointments for new and previous service customers.
• Verifying and collecting customer information for accurate entry into the customer database.

Additional Duties

• Reaching out to customers to reschedule missed appointments.
• Contacting customers about special order parts that have arrived.
• Contacting customers about recalls on their vehicle.
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience over the phone is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills and a high attention to detail are necessary.
• Saturday availability is expected.

This full-time position (40 hours) comes with full benefits including insurance, paid time off, birthdays off, and a 401(k) plan.
