About The Role
- This is an onsite internship based in Taipei and is not eligible for immigration/visa sponsorship. Full-time commitment is required for the duration of the internship.

What You’ll Do
- Begin with a structured onboarding and training program to help you quickly get familiar with our systems, tools, and workflows
- Work hands-on on real research projects, with guidance from experienced researchers, gaining practical exposure to applied quantitative research
- Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and generate insights
- Learn how to distill complex analyses into clear, prioritized takeaways and translate them into actionable solutions
- Take ownership of your ideas and contribute to strategy development from an early stage
- Join a collaborative environment that values curiosity, experimentation, and learning, with support available when you need it
What We’re Looking For
Currently a junior, senior, or graduate student with a strong academic background in a quantitative field (e.g. EE, CS, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Financial Engineering)
Strong numerical intuition with a high level of attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks from initial exploration to final delivery
Curious problem-solver who enjoys exploring ideas and proposing creative, well-reasoned solutions
Solid hands-on experience with Linux environments and strong programming skills in C++ or Python; experience with both is a plus
Clear and effective communicator who works well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
Exposure to any of the following is a plus: machine learning, financial markets or trading, blockchain / crypto technologies
