We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our exceptional in-house therapy team.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with California regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families to maximize outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and discharge planning meetings.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, recertifications, and discharge summaries.
- Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment, safety strategies, home programs, and techniques to maximize independence.
- Recommend and coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient therapy environment.
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
