HOURLY PAY RATE OF $21.69

FULLY ON-SITE AT BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As the first point of contact for many employees and guests, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the Human Resources department by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating programs and training initiatives, and ensuring Human Resources processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

  • Serving as the first point of contact for employees and guests, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing requests appropriately.
  • Completing HRIS transactions including employee record updates, document uploads, password resets, training assignments, and basic reporting while maintaining accurate and confidential employee files.
  • Supporting the scheduling, tracking, and administration of training initiatives, both in-person and through the HRIS, ensuring training records remain current.
  • Assisting with the administration of employee programs such as Apprenticeships, Tuition Reimbursement, Tuition Assistance, and High School Co-op placements.
  • Overseeing day-to-day HR office administration, including front desk coverage, filing, meeting room bookings, supplies management, employee communications, and preparation of HR materials.
  • Supporting HR projects and departmental initiatives, collect and track performance reviews, and ensure HR administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources or administrative work.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Skill with Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS experience an asset.
