Responsibilities: (All Levels)

• Conduct virtual patient consultations via secure video, phone, or messaging platforms
• Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, and current health conditions
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for a variety of health issues
• Prescribe medications and recommend follow-up care as appropriate
• Educate and counsel patients on health management and preventive care
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate remotely with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information

Qualifications: (No Experience Required)

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license in applicable state(s)/region(s)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with willingness to learn telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
• Open to all experience levels, including those new to telemedicine or seeking flexible work arrangements

For Experienced Candidates

• Develop and optimize workflows for virtual patient care
• Perform detailed clinical assessments and generate treatment reports
• Mentor and train new team members in telemedicine best practices
• Support implementation of telehealth tools and remote work policies
• Lead efforts to improve patient engagement and care quality

Entry-Level / No Prior Telehealth Experience

• Enthusiastic about learning and growing in telemedicine
• Willing to undergo training and certification programs

Compensation
