Senior Group Manager - Corporate Strategy and M&A (Fluent French speaking and comprehension) (REF108110Y)

Reporting To:  Head – International Delivery Locations

Role overview:  We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Research Analyst to support business in driving data-based decision-making across global delivery centers. This role will be responsible for extensive industry research & analysis, MIS, preparing business reports, and developing executive dashboards and business presentations for leadership reviews.

 Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and maintain data from multiple international delivery locations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research to support strategic initiatives.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for business reviews, and board-level reporting packs.
• Work closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders to gather, validate, and present data.
• Support leadership with analytical insights and performance tracking.

 Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluent French speaking and comprehension skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis) & PowerPoint presentation as well as R Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to global operations, shared services, BPM/BPO, or consulting environments preferred.
