Customer Service Representative
We are seeking individuals who have both strong conversational English and Customer Service Skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Escalate customers to US Support when needed.
- Assisting customers in navigating the platform (technical support)
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Be a key player and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience Customer Service, Technical Support, or Service Industry
- Excellent in conversational English skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Experience in handling retention efforts is an additional plus.
