Customer Service Representative

We are seeking individuals who have both strong conversational English and Customer Service Skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Escalate customers to US Support when needed.
  • Assisting customers in navigating the platform (technical support)
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Be a key player and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience Customer Service, Technical Support, or Service Industry
  • Excellent in conversational English skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Experience in handling retention efforts is an additional plus.
