3rd Shift Warehouse Sanitation Associate - North Jackson, OH

Mom’s Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals, is looking for high-energy, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a 3rd Shift Warehouse Sanitation Associate. The sanitation team is responsible for the maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility. This position is fast paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Location: 134 S Bailey Road, North Jackson, OH 44451

Offer of employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check, where permitted by law.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

• Maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility
• Follow instructions and complete required task in a timely manner
• Maintains consistent communication and fosters teamwork between all personnel
• Ability to accurately complete all required documentation
• Other duties as requested by the Quality Assurance Manager

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent communicative skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Passion for accuracy and legible handwriting
• Completely trustworthy and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience working in refrigerated environments
• High School diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
• Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
• Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Able to perform repetitive movements
• Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
