Senior Network Engineer I

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to design, build, and maintain our critical network infrastructure across offices, data centers, multiple cloud regions and providers, and a large-scale WAN environment.

In this role, you will help evolve and modernize our network architecture to support the organization's changing business needs. You will work closely with a core network engineering team, as well as NOC and Cyber Security teams, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will contribute to architectural decisions, lead engineering initiatives, and serve as a primary escalation point for complex incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable network infrastructure across offices, data centers, and multi-cloud environments.
• Monitor network health and performance (e.g., SolarWinds), troubleshooting and resolving connectivity and routing issues.
• Administer core network services, including firewalls, load balancers, and DNS/DHCP.
• Collaborate with network, NOC, and cybersecurity teams on architectural decisions and engineering initiatives.
• Lead network projects, mentor junior engineers, and act as primary escalation point for critical incidents.
• 5+ years of experience in network administration and design.
• Strong knowledge of core networking, routing protocols, next-gen firewalls, load balancers, and DNS/DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with leading vendors (Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and basic cloud networking knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead junior engineers under pressure.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
