- Sentara Health is hiring an experienced Supervisor-Clinical Lab Assistant to work full time days at the New Town Diagnostic Center in Williamsburg, Va.

Overview
Assumes responsibility and provides leadership for daily operations, work coordination, quality service, and team member supervision in assigned areas. Facilitates staff management. Coordinates quality improvement activities, resolves customer service issues, and monitors resource utilization. Train and evaluate staff performance and institute corrective measures appropriately. Supports lab employees with IT solutions for everyday operational needs. Performs phlebotomy and/or operates point-of-care equipment.
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification/Licensure
- None required
Experience
- 3 years lab experience (Required)
- Phlebotomy experience (Required)
