EHS Supervisor

Job responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with management to integrate EHS considerations into business operations and strategic planning.
• Prepare and submit required EHS reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.

Job requirements

• Minimum SPM, certificate, or diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction, or related field.
• 2–3 years of on-site safety supervision experience in construction.
• Valid DOSH Yellow Book and first aid certification; training in fire safety, working at heights, and confined spaces preferred.
• Experience in data center, industrial, or high-tech facility construction a plus.
• Familiar with EHS documentation, work permits, and site safety records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
