Come Grow with Us! Forsite is actively looking for a Parts Clerk to join our Inventory Team . This is an on-site position based at our Mesquite, TX facility, stocked and ready to deploy. What You Will Do

  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts and equipment shipments, matching quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the parts management system, including cycle counts and reconciliation of stock discrepancies
  • Pull, package, and issue parts to field crews, pilots, and maintenance technicians, tracking usage against work orders
  • Organize and label stockroom shelves, bins, and yard storage so parts are easy to find and quick to retrieve
  • Place replenishment orders with vendors and suppliers, and follow up on backorders and expedited requests
  • Coordinate with the aviation, and field operations teams to line up parts ahead of scheduled maintenance and field deployments
  • Process returns, warranty claims, and core exchanges with suppliers
  • Keep the parts room and yard clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Support periodic physical inventory audits and help reconcile results against inventory records

What You’ll Need

Must have

  • High school diploma or equivalent; parts purchasing and shipping experience
  • Software experience, potentially Quantum Platform experience
  • Must have basic typing and computer proficiency, including Excel
  • Organizational skills are a must
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Honest/Trustworthy
  • Punctual stability
  • Should have a “can-do attitude" - team player
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Experience /background in Aviation is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol testing
  • Pass Background screening
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse and yard environment, including exposure to outdoor conditions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
