Job responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of ELV systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients to address after-sales service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed service reports, including diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate with the project team to implement system upgrades and modifications as required.
• Train end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of ELV systems.
• Stay updated on the latest ELV technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to ELV systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for ELV systems.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
